At Cebir, we create innovative psychometric testing solutions that help our clients identify and recruit top talent. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and talented Account Manager who will play a key role in customer satisfaction and contribute to their success.

What you'll do

  • Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring a proactive approach to retention, satisfaction, and success
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, working collaboratively with internal teams to offer exceptional service
  • Address concerns promptly, offering advice on platform usage, testing, and training
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize contract value

What we're looking for

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
  • Native Dutch speaker & fluent in English or French
  • Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • A background in psychology is an advantage
