Business Developer

At Cebir, we create innovative psychometric testing solutions that help our clients identify and recruit top talent. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and talented Business Developer who will help us expand our client base and explore new market opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify potential clients and new markets, both locally and internationally
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and drive them to successful closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Attend trade shows and events to forge connections and qualify new leads

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English/French or English/Dutch
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and a proactive approach to generating leads
  • Experience in service sales, SaaS software sales is a plus
  • Dynamic mindset, solution and results-oriented
