At Cebir, we create innovative psychometric testing solutions that help our clients identify and recruit top talent. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Success Officer who will play a key role in customer satisfaction and contribute to their success.

What you'll do

  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, working collaboratively with internal teams to offer exceptional service
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing guidance on platform usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Configure and tailor the platform to meet specific client requirements, delivering on-demand training and clear explanations as needed
  • Partner closely with the sales team to nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

What we're looking for

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Customer Success / Support or similar
  • Native Dutch speaker & fluent in French
  • Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • A background in psychology is a plus
