Head of IT

We are therefore looking for a Head of IT who is not just a manager, but a visionary technology leader capable of shaping the future of our company.

Mission

As Head of IT, you will own the entire technology landscape of Cebir. You will lead, inspire, and elevate a team of 10 specialists while driving our AI strategy, digitalization roadmap, and customer-centric product development.

Your role is to transform business and customer needs into scalable, modern, and impactful IT solutions fast, effectively, and with a “can-do” mindset. You are part of the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 10 IT professionals, fostering a high-performance, solution-oriented culture.
  • Act as an internal ambassador for innovation, customer-centricity, and modern tech practices.
 

AI, Architecture & Technology

  • Design and execute Cebir’s AI-first IT strategy in line with the business vision.
  • Modernize the tech stack and drive automation, data intelligence, and system integrations

 

Customer & Business Value

  • Work directly with internal and external customers to understand needs, pain points, and opportunity areas.
  • Translate these into concrete IT products, tools, and solutions that deliver measurable impact.
 

Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Prioritize projects, allocate resources, and manage timelines with military-grade discipline.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives from concept to deployment—quickly, effectively, and collaboratively.
 

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as Head of IT, Engineering Director, or similar role leading a team of 8–15 people.
  • Deep knowledge of AI, automation, data, systems architecture, cloud, and modern development practices.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology with value creation.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset: You think product, experience, and impact.
  • A decisive, hands-on, can-do leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
