You won’t be alone—this role works closely with both the leadership team and the board, giving you a true seat at the table and the autonomy to make impactful decisions.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coach a team of 6 (Sales & Customer Success)
  • Streamline inefficiencies and build a high-performing, client-centric commercial team
  • Develop strong strategies for prospecting, retention, and public tenders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to execute high-impact campaigns
  • Expand our commercial footprint in Belgium and beyond
  • Be a source of clarity, ambition, and leadership within your team and across the organization

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 8 years of B2B experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (HR, tech, SaaS, etc.)
  • A strong drive to prove yourself—you’re eager to build, align, and scale
  • A natural leader who listens, challenges, motivates and inspires
  • Excellent command of Dutch, French and English
  • Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles
