You’ll have the support you need: this role works closely with the leadership team and the board, giving you a real seat at the table and room to make decisions that matter.

What you'll do

  • Lead and coach a team of 6 (Sales & Customer Success)
  • Streamline what’s inefficient and build a solid, client-focused commercial team
  • Build a strong approach to prospecting, client retention, and public tenders
  • Work hand in hand with marketing to run high-impact campaigns
  • Expand our commercial presence in Belgium and beyond
  • Be the voice of clarity, ambition and leadership in your team and across the company

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 8 years of B2B experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (HR, tech, SaaS, etc.)
  • You’re hungry to prove yourself – you want to build, align, grow
  • A natural leader who listens, challenges, motivates and inspires
  • Native Dutch speaker, with good command of French and English
  • Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles
